4. Finalize the innovation plan

At this stage, all the projects in the innovation plan are available, subject to reformulation.

Innovation projects must be broken down (roughly) in terms of implementation according to the classic breakdown:

• phase 1 – issues ;

• phase 2 – concept ;

• phase 3 – development ;

• phase 4 – validation ;

• phase 5 – communication and transfer.

Each project must then be evaluated in terms of :

• resources to be deployed (human, technical) ;

• budget (valuation in euros) ;

• completion time (months).
