2. Prepare the ground for facilitation

Facilitation takes preparation. The project manager needs to have an idea of what he or she wants to achieve. Facilitation is often a very good way of getting the ball rolling, since it enables you to :

  • clearing the way;

  • sort out ;

  • decide on priorities.
