4. Compare: target cost and value for each service function (SF)

With the combination :

  • preliminary investigations (objective costs) and

  • results of the previous table (cost of each service function),

check that the cost of each service function (SF) is in line with the user's esteem value (target cost).

The questions you need to answer for each function are :

  • What price is the user willing to pay for this function?

  • What is the maximum realization cost that must not be exceeded?
