From the outset and throughout the project, it's vital to understand what your customer wants and what's important to them.

Building a relationship of trust with him by ensuring clear communication and constructive dialogue will enable you to approach the various phases of the project positively and serenely.

The disruptions and hazards that are inevitable during the course of the project can thus be managed and their effects mitigated, or even their consequences eliminated.
