4. Archive your communications

With messaging, the volume of communication exchanges can quickly become enormous, and you'll need to find specific messages later on.

In fact, when you have to file a claim with your customer, suppliers or subcontractors, you'll have to track down specific facts from the past.

This information can be used to notify customers or suppliers of any significant events.
