2. Managing e-mails
A few structuring rules are necessary to manage your project e-mail communications.
Like a well-managed project, e-mails need to be structured.
First of all, it's a good idea to set up an object structure that can begin, for example, with "project name" followed by the subject.
This rule should be made clear to your team at the start of the project. This will make it clear which project is being called upon, and avoid mixing up projects, given that you will be sharing resources or managing several projects yourself.
Then limit your e-mails to a single subject. This will make it easier for you to respond to your interlocutors, and you won't be left with incomplete answers.
