3. Confirm the decisions made and the next steps

The design review should serve to validate key decisions for the remainder of the project.

Make sure that the next step and the required actions are clear to everyone: all participants must approve moving on to the next step, or the project will be put on hold.

Document the findings and clarify each person’s responsibilities, including specific deadlines.
