INTRODUCTION
The design review is a key component of the project management process that allows stakeholders to assess the progress of the project before moving on to the next phase. In general, the ISO 9001 standard sets requirements that should be taken into account to ensure long-term operational effectiveness. In other contexts, the Agile methodology is used to ensure project progress through specific recurring rituals.
