4. Create a lexicon

Creating a lexicon can be seen, at first glance, as a waste of time; but with time, and all the more so when you've been able to add vocabulary and distribute the information around you, you'll see a return on your investment. The only main requirement is to know how to make a team member responsible for this ancillary task. To sum up: in principle, most employees find this action beneficial, but everyone would like the other person to do it!
