 INTRODUCTION

The aim of KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) is to measure a company's performance in its sector of activity.

KPIs enable managers and employees to assess the effectiveness of their actions. They are linked to the company's objectives and strategy; KPIs can facilitate decision-making.

This fact sheet proposes some relevant indicators that can be used to measure the performance of a project/company. It covers both levels.
