6.1 Don't overlook the relevance of KPIs

When you handle a lot of data, you tend to multiply the number of indicators you need to track. More is the enemy of good. Many dashboards are overloaded with data, without making it easy to understand each of the indicators presented.

Building a dashboard means asking yourself how many KPIs you need to present to keep everyone's attention.
