2. Building your budget

Even before calculating the financial indicators, start by drawing up your budget forecast, as this is the essential financial tool for project managers and executives.

This budget is useful for everything! To manage your project, know where you're going, anticipate risks, calculate performance...

The provisional budget must be as clear and precise as possible.

For each activity (project, engineering, procurement and subcontracting, manufacturing, control and inspection, assembly and commissioning both in the factory and on site, packaging and transport...), it must detail the forecast hours and €.
