3. Define relevant business indicators

Indicators are defined over a given period, corresponding for example to the publication of dashboards (monthly, quarterly or annual).

The following indicators are proposed.

3.1 Control inputs

  • The total number of orders received represents the company's commercial activity during the period in question.

  • This indicator anticipates sales, based on planned deliveries over the coming months/years. It shows the company's future growth. It also anticipates the company's capacity load.
