2. Identify working group members

Once the problem has been identified, the next step is to determine who will make up the working group. They will be chosen for their function and/or area of expertise.

2.1 Who?

The following are generally present:

  • the person responsible for the process in question ;

  • the line manager ;

  • the animator (project manager) ;

  • experts: quality, technical, financial, etc.
