Prepare for the meeting: guests will feel they're wasting their time and won't be able to provide any input on the issues at hand.

Be sufficiently precise about the purpose of the meeting in the invitation, which could lead to guests not coming prepared too.

Stay on schedule: if the analysis is not complete, it's best to schedule a new interview. Participants will then know that you are keeping to the commitments you have made, and that there is no drift (no impact on their own schedules, which would be disrupted).
