5. Our advice

  • Be sure to analyze the context in which "project methods" are implemented, and the rationale behind each of them, before embarking on the necessary implementations.

  • Keep in mind – in the case of PRINCE2 – that, in addition to its collective implementation linked to your company's change project(s), there are adaptations that you can make according to your project typologies, depending on their size and the scenarios you choose. These adaptations can take the form of processes and best practices specific to the contributing departments and professions. It is therefore advisable to set up internal relays responsible for implementing these specific best practices and evaluating their relevance.
