1.1 A method that complements other standards

PRINCE2 covers the management of projects and the resources involved in project activities, as well as the preparation of the organizational and control processes needed to bring the project to a successful conclusion. Management techniques already covered by existing recognized methods are excluded. The reference manual (in English) is Managing Successful Projects with PRINCE2 ^® (MSP), the latest version of which dates from 2009.
