6. Mistakes to avoid

  • Don't confuse the PRINCE2 organization method with PMI (PMBok) and IPMA (ICB), which have their own specific techniques.

  • Don't forget that, although PRINCE2 is a method for organizing projects within the company that is compatible with PMI and IPMA, it has its own specific features. Compatibility and convergence with other methods requires a thorough knowledge of each of these project management methods.
