Project managers use a combination of interpersonal, conceptual, and technical skills to analyze situations and build constructive relationships within the project team. These skills are not limited to project-related situations.
Without attempting to provide an exhaustive overview of a topic that goes far beyond professional experience alone, it is worth noting that leadership skills and the development of team spirit play a key role in project management. Project managers dealing with conflict situations must demonstrate their ability to influence, motivate, listen, communicate, negotiate, and make decisions.
