The opportunity study file is drawn up by a project manager with the support of specialized experts:
depending on the organization chosen, the organization's management may entrust this mission to the project manager or to any other qualified person, internal or external to the organization;
The purpose of this opportunity study is to establish the characteristics of the proposed project.
Subject to management approval, the project will then be the subject of a feasibility study, with the aim of recommending the best choice of scenario for validation, invalidation, postponement or transformation of the project.
