2. Organization: who does what?

The opportunity study file is drawn up by a project manager with the support of specialized experts:

  • depending on the organization chosen, the organization's management may entrust this mission to the project manager or to any other qualified person, internal or external to the organization;

  • The purpose of this opportunity study is to establish the characteristics of the proposed project.

Subject to management approval, the project will then be the subject of a feasibility study, with the aim of recommending the best choice of scenario for validation, invalidation, postponement or transformation of the project.

This validation involves specifying the names of the collaborators involved in the studies, the people to be brought together or interviewed...
