5.1 Opportunity analysis results

The results of the opportunity analyses include :

• project opportunities that enable us to better control quality, improve process efficiency and induced costs, and ensure the coherence of projects and companies' operational performance (what would be the point of considering new product functionalities if they left out the real problems of operational efficiency?

• changes in the organization of activities to improve competitiveness and functionality, add value to functions, obtain new and shared information, improve the efficiency of business processes (and reduce their complexity), eliminate "non-value-added" activities, simplify the organization.
