4.1 Opportunity analysis and brainstorming

Most often, the method used is brainstorming (or Mindjet-type tree-structure methods), with each participant using post-it notes to express his or her point of view on improvement decisions, grouping points of view by affinity, "ideas", noting the proposals made and noting the best of them.
