5. And finally, the closing process group

This process group will finalize all the activities of all the project management process groups. The aim is to formally close the project and contractual obligations.

The project will then be formally terminated, and the team made available for other contracts.

Several types of closure can occur, for example if the project is interrupted by the customer, or if it is cancelled.

To declare the fence, you must :

• obtain the customer's formal agreement to close the project;

• conduct the final project review, i.e. the project closing review;

• record feedback from past projects;

• document this feedback for future projects;
