4. Monitoring and control processes by the group

Throughout the project, controls will be carried out at the engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, assembly and testing stages.

The quality manager will ensure that the various technical reviews of the project are carried out in accordance with the management plan, that the minutes of these reviews are published and that validations are carried out (design reviews, purchasing reviews, manufacturing reviews, site preparation reviews and test preparation reviews).

A specific follow-up of non-conformities will be implemented with a list of these non-conformities, a person responsible, a search for the cause, a remedy and a deadline for treatment.
