Before each (periodic) contract review, the planning manager will interview each business representative to measure and announce the % progress of each task. This work will make it possible to construct the real schedule, which will become the schedule in force, superimposed on the "base line", and will show whether or not the project is progressing correctly, or whether it is necessary to implement an action plan with corrective measures to return to the "base line" (additional resources needed, parallel tasks, duplication of teams, etc.).
The management controller will periodically analyze the budget prior to project reviews with each business line representative. The contract manager will manage the list of risks and opportunities, which will also be updated, and the various action plans to mitigate risks will be valued and incorporated into the budget provisions....
