11.1 Request detailed reasons for the rejection of your offer

If the information brought to your attention by the public purchaser appears to be succinct (for example, the name of the successful bidder and the amount of his bid), ask to be informed of the detailed reasons, by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt. The public purchaser then has fifteen days to reply (article R. 2181-4 of Code de la commande publique ).
