5. Checking applications

Candidates are admitted to participate in the consultation under two conditions:

• not be in one of the situations of disqualification referred to in particular in article L. 2141-2 of Code de la commande publique ; for example, persons who, on December 31 of the year preceding that in which the consultation is launched, have not filed the declarations required of them in terms of tax and social security, or have not paid the taxes and contributions due on that date;

• submit an application file that is complete in relation to the requirements announced by the public purchaser when advertising the consultation (see above);...
