10. Contract notification and award notice

This stage marks the end of the consultation procedure. It includes information to the contract holder (notification) and information to third parties (award notice) by the public purchaser.

Notification is the rule for all contracts (article R. 2182-4 of Code de la commande publique ), in order to start the contract performance period and prevent the contractor from renouncing the contract.
