3. Choose a qualification test (or EN 13067 sub-group)

When you define a qualification test according to EN 13067, the scope of validity of this thermoplastic assembly remains limited to :

• assembly material ;

• shape (plate, tube or sheet/membrane) ;

• the machine used and the welding position;

• external conditions (supplier, storage, temperature, gas, etc.).

You must choose a qualification that corresponds in every respect to the welded joint you wish to assess, and certify it according to the criteria below.
