The identity of the materials, machines and equipment used by the candidate and the DMOS is recorded on the qualification test report.
4.1 Materials
General principle: as the formulation of plastic materials sometimes differs widely from one supplier to another for the same designation, the qualification test validates only the manufacturer and the reference used. All materials must comply with the applicable EN standard.
