6. What about the day of the plastic welder qualification tests?

6.1 Inspector's welcome

When the inspector arrives, validate together the qualification tests the welders have to pass.

Present the following documents to the inspector:

• Candidates' identity documents and all other administrative information;

• Delivery certificate for materials used in the tests (plates, tubes, fittings, welding wire or rods, solvent, degreaser, etc.);

• the welding procedure description (DMOS) for each qualification test;

• Welding parameter record sheet ;
