7. What does a plastic welder qualification entail, and how do the tests work?

The results of the theoretical and practical tests are decisive in obtaining the qualification for each sub-group chosen. The welder has the necessary skills to guarantee mastery of the welding processes concerned.

Don't forget, however, that the results of a welders' qualification also reflect :

• your company's organization;

• the validity of your welding procedure descriptions (DMOS);

• your staff's stress level;

• preliminary work to prepare for the tests (welding, controls and tests);

• the training level of your welders.
