6. Finalize the company's MT-LT strategic innovation plan

Steps 2 to 5 must be completed for each theme on the list established in step 1:

• list of themes ;

• roadmaps by theme ;

• list of MT-LT projects by roadmap .

This should form the basis of the company's strategic innovation plan.

These items must be described in a short explanatory note including :

• A reminder of the objectives pursued, particularly in terms of marketing;

• the hard points to be removed, the subject of the projects themselves ;

• an estimate of the effort required by the company to implement the plan, and how it will be spread over time.
