1. First, draw up a list of themes for the MT-LT strategic innovation plan.

Over and above the (annual) innovation plan, the think-tank charged with this task must ask itself the questions of medium- and long-term vision:

• developments in the company's products and/or services, and in existing processes;

• replacement of obsolete products and/or services and processes;

• the emergence of new products and/or services;

• of the corresponding new processes.

The angle of attack for establishing the list of themes for the company's MT-LT strategic innovation plan is :
