4. Addressing all contractual and legal issues related to the main contract and this Consortium agreement
In the event of delay due to the subcontracting unit, no internal damages will be imposed between the units. However, in the event of a delay due to either unit, the project managers will inform each other, and the unit involved will provide a recovery and mitigation plan.
The cost of such a plan must be borne by the unit responsible for the delay.
The main unit may order modifications to the work. The subcontracting unit may not refuse to carry out the requested modifications. On instruction from the main unit, the subcontracting unit must immediately proceed to process such modifications. Such modifications to the work must be reasonably discussed and agreed, together with the consequences for delays and costs, and finally submitted to a written agreement between the two parties.
