4. Our advice

4.1 Take time to define roles and responsibilities, communicate and coordinate

At the start of the project, it's very important that each team member is fully aware of his or her mission, i.e. role and responsibilities.

Everyone has an internal or external interface within the organization; good interface and relationship management contributes to the success of the project.

Success is collective, not individual.

The project manager must delegate; his objective must be to diagnose and set the strategy for dealing with a problem.

It must enable those responsible to implement action plans and ensure that problems are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.
