6. Measuring and evaluating results
This is the final stage in the strategic management process. It will enable us to see and check whether the strategies have enabled the organization to achieve its objectives, or whether further adjustments are necessary.
Planning will have been put in place, with plans describing how objectives are to be achieved. Resource allocation, budgets and task planning will be presented.
Depending on their scope, duration or specificity, results can be distinguished and tracked.
There may be plans with a strategic scope, long-term duration, directional specificity and frequency of application.
