Review and outlook

Using Lean Startup and the Running Lean method, we were able to quickly invalidate our initial hypotheses as to the positioning and content of CloudGarden's business model, and thus avoid spending a lot of resources developing a solution that ultimately met no real need.

In addition, the Lean Startup approach requires you to seek out prospects, and therefore to check that there are indeed potential customers for the solution you want to offer. Indeed, insofar as it is necessary to test ideas or a first version of a product in the field with customer companies, you quickly come into contact with potential future customers.
