6. Test and improve your pitch deck
A pitch deck is never perfect the first time. It has to be tested, confronted by outside eyes, then adjusted. This iterative process helps to identify inconsistencies, unnecessary length, gaps or unclear areas. Testing is therefore a strategic step, not a last-minute formality.
