Do we need a different version for each audience?

Yes, we recommend it. By adapting your slides to your audience (customer, investor, partner), you show that you understand their priorities. A few targeted changes can make all the difference.

Do I have to say everything in the pitch deck?

No. The pitch deck is there to whet the appetite, not to tell the whole story. Keep some elements for the oral exchange or supporting documents. It should be clear, not exhaustive.

What if I'm not comfortable with PowerPoint?

Use ready-made templates (Canva, Pitch.com, Slidesgo). The important thing is clarity. A simple, readable medium is better than a complicated, clumsy design.
