To launch your activity, your deployment plan should be progressive, labile and reversible, with attainable quantitative and qualitative objectives, in gradual stages: for example, with a first living lab project, then three, then eight, supported by an efficient, dynamically-adjusted organization, governance and processes (see the R&D organization sheet [FIC 0635] ).
