5. Our advice

5.1 Force intrapreneurs to gain market exposure as quickly as possible

In a traditional organization, your employees have learned to master all the risks, to obtain a quality product in line with the image of your company, your brand, before going to market. With an intrapreneurial approach, they have neither the time nor the money. Encourage them to go to market quickly, because the most important thing is to gather the opinions of your future customers, to test their appetite for your product and the price these customers are willing to pay for your innovation. They need to work in short-loop mode as much as possible: test, listen, learn, correct then retest... and this as frequently as possible with the means at their disposal.
