3. Translating "project manager" into "initiative manager
The intrapreneur at the head of an initiative can take on the title of "initiative manager"! But certainly not "project manager", a term that should be banned, viscerally forbidden!
This change of name is important both for the person in charge, and for those around him or her. It contributes to the mental deprogramming needed to move from one mode to another.
The term will also be useful for presenting yourself professionally to the outside world. Unlike the term "project manager", it will give the people you meet the perception of a particular specificity and a search for potential support. As a result, they'll feel freer to make proposals, and less constrained than when responding to a classic set of specifications.
