INTRODUCTION
A common language is above all a shared culture. And every organization has its own. Most companies use their own vocabulary. This internal language is important, because it induces behavior. When it is used, everyone knows what it is and what it refers to. It ensures a common understanding, whatever the entity to which one belongs, whatever one's language or position in the company. New recruits are quickly trained in this internal "jargon".
This sheet will give you a few pointers on how to set up a real exploration vocabulary, and provide you with a basic lexicon to get you off to a good start on this adventure.
