5. Allow time for selected ideas to mature
If the idea has been accepted by the previous jury, the entrepreneur must be given time to develop his or her proposal further. A period of three months seems appropriate. A small budget of around 1,000 euros should also be allocated.
The person will need to set aside some time to work on the subject - a few hours a week will suffice. For this, a formal letter can be sent to the person's manager asking for his or her support. If the organization has a structure such as an incubator, then support for the initiator could prove very useful. If not, there are a number of external organizations that can provide support.
