3. Training idea carriers
An idea only exists because it is embodied by a person. It's easy to put forward an idea and then protest because it wasn't taken up, or because it didn't get the attention it deserved. Embodying it – i.e. being able to support it, work on it, assess its feasibility and present it convincingly – is a much more complicated but essential task. Experience shows that, to exist, an idea needs to be "carried" by a person.
The pitch training stage is therefore key for several reasons:
