3. Building with stakeholders
When you set out to explore unknown lands on a limited budget, there are two types of stakeholder to consider first.
People and organizations who know the territory to be explored, or even better, those who are already present there: they know the codes, the operating conditions and can even contribute to the "Go to market" via their distribution network, for example. If these organizations are ready to welcome your adventure and contribute financially, it's a sign that the exploration is promising.
People or organizations who, like you, are unaware of the territory to be explored, but who consider your proposal interesting and are ready to contribute financially and with dedicated resources to your adventure: they may have their own resources that will enable you to move faster, while reducing the risks....
