2. Financing R&D and projects

You need to ensure that you have the necessary funds for your research activities. The main items to establish are :

  • staff salaries ;

  • subcontracting costs ;

  • equipment costs (test benches, etc.) ;

  • consumables (products, energy, etc.) ;

  • the cost of documentation ;

  • specialized software (e.g. data processing) ;

  • intellectual property costs ;

  • other operating costs: e.g. participation in seminars.
