1. Understand the interplay of players in a complex situation

It is possible to map the stakeholders of a network of managers in four ways:

  • radar" technique;

  • concentric circles ;

  • inputs ;

  • slices (evolution of the radar technique in which it is possible to vary the size of the subjects).

To gain a better understanding of the situation we're looking at, we need to focus on three areas: firstly, internally (internal stakeholders), externally (external stakeholders) and through the influence exerted by each of the entities under consideration.
