5. Our advice

5.1 Prioritize clarity of information

Messages must be clear and credible. For example, on the RER: "Passenger accident, we're doing everything we can to restore traffic within half an hour" is better than "Personal accident, we don't know when traffic will be restored." Just say what's needed, but be consistent. If you say that traffic will be restored at such and such a time, it's better to be sure.
